Keene Day Care Center | Pyramid Model
The Pyramid Model framework focuses on social and emotional skill development. We have implemented strategies in our program, such as routines within routines, positive deposits, picture schedules, calm down strategies, feelings charts, and more. These strategies help meet the social and emotional needs of children by creating a supportive learning environment which fosters confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills. With these skills, children can initiate their own relationships among peers and adults, use their imagination, and learn and explore through their own curiosity.
